The Lonsdale Penthouse

Our award-winning renovation in the heart of Lonsdale Quay brings the warmth and character of a family home to the ease and comfort of condo living. Conceived as a refined urban residence, the design balances contemporary touches with a thoughtful approach to materiality, creating a home that feels both sophisticated and inviting.

A palette of warm woods, natural stone and tactile finishes establishes a sense of continuity throughout, while sculptural forms, layered textures and distinctive details lend depth and individuality. Clean architectural lines are softened by organic elements, resulting in a home that feels both collected and effortless, where enduring materials and considered details come together to create a timeless backdrop for everyday living.
